BRENDA

Certified Senior Advisor, Owner

Brenda brings over 21 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, and business leadership to the in-home care industry. As the founder and hands-on owner of Integrity Senior Care, she is deeply committed to providing high-quality care rooted in compassion and respect.

Brenda believes that serving seniors is both an honor and a responsibility, one that must be approached with kindness, integrity, and excellence. She is actively involved in daily operations, continuously working to uphold and improve the standards of care within the community. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and beloved grandchildren, who bring her the greatest joy.

COURTNEY

Courtney joined Integrity Senior Care in 2014, bringing with her a strong background in leadership and team development. A graduate of Illinois State University, she completed a management training program before applying her skills to the home care industry.

As a proud second-generation team member, Courtney is passionate about upholding Integrity’s mission by recruiting and hiring caregivers who deliver exceptional care. Her focus on compassionate, quality service helps ensure every client is matched with the right caregiver.

Outside the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and is always on the lookout for her next DIY or home improvement project.

KATIE

Operations Manager

Katie joined Integrity Senior Care in 2014 and has been a vital part of the team ever since. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Katie ensures that both clients and caregivers receive the highest level of support. She specializes in caregiver scheduling and plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction. As a proud second-generation member of Integrity Senior Care, Katie is dedicated to continuing the company’s tradition of compassionate, reliable service.

Outside of work, Katie stays busy with her two teenagers and frequently travels to Virginia to visit her husband, who serves on active duty in the U.S. Navy.

STACI

Care Coordinator and Trainer

Staci joined Integrity Senior Care in 2018 as a caregiver after raising her two sons. What began as a new chapter quickly turned into a calling, she discovered a true passion for caring for seniors and has since become a valued member of the ISC team.

Known for her warmth, reliability, and dedication, Staci provides outstanding care and builds meaningful connections with the clients she serves.

Outside of work, Staci enjoys spending time outdoors walking her dog, cooking, catching up with friends, and visiting her sons and her beloved grandson.

JULIE

Care Coordinator

Julie joined Integrity Senior Care in 2024 after learning about the company’s mission from a neighbor and immediately felt called to be part of the team. She works part-time in the office, supporting client needs, assisting with scheduling, and conducting quality visits to ensure continued excellence in care.

Before joining ISC, Julie spent 17 years as a librarian assistant in a local school, where she developed a deep appreciation for service and attention to detail.

In her free time, Julie enjoys reading, playing board games with her husband, and cherishing visits from her son, who travels often but always brings joy when he’s home.

TRACY

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Tracy first joined our team in 2020, serving as both a part-time caregiver and full-time hair dresser. After some time away, she returned to the Integrity team and has become an integral part of our care standards once again. Tracy focuses on upholding our standards of care, reviewing processes, and supporting famlilies to ensure every client receives safe, compassionate, and consistent service. 

When she is not at work, she loves all things family! She especially treasures spending time with her four granddaughters, who keep her smiling and busy.
