BRENDA ERICSON

Certified Senior Advisor, Owner

Brenda brings 21 years of entrepreneurship, management, and business experience to the in-home service industry. She believes serving our seniors is a privilege and must be met with kindness and integrity. Brenda is a hands-on owner and works daily to improve and maintain the highest level of quality care in our community. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, a member of HCAOA, and Plainfield Chamber of Commerce member. Brenda enjoys reading and an active lifestyle. 
 

COURTNEY NEWTON

BS, CDP, Manager

Courtney is a graduate from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Since graduating in 2014, she has worked with a large cooperation in a management training program. This extensive training in customer satisfaction has made her a great addition to our team. She focuses on recruiting and hiring caregivers that will provide exceptional care for our clients. Courtney is proud to serve as the second generation to Integrity Senior Care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. As well as Pinteresting ideas for her next home improvement project.

KATIE JOHNSON 

Manager 

Katie is an asset to Integrity as she brings her eye for detail in providing uncompromising excellence with our senior's care. She is also proud to serve as the second generation to Integrity Senior Care. STACI KELLEY

Office Assistant & Lead Caregiver 

Staci joined Integrity in 2018 as a caregiver after raising her two boys. She discovered the love of caring for seniors and has been such an asset to ISC with providing great care to our clients. In Staci's spare time, she enjoys being outdoors walking her dog, cooking, spending time with friends, and visiting with her boys and her beautiful grandson.

LIBERTY OSTREM

Office Assistant & Caregiver

Libby serves on our team as both a caregiver and office staff. She is currently attending Joliet Junior College in hopes of becoming an ultrasound technician. Libby has a deep passion for helping people with any aspect of their lives. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, attending music events, and spending time with her family and four cats.

JULIE HEINZ

Assistant Care Coordinator

Julie joined ISC in April 2024. Prior to joining our team, she worked at a school for 17 years as a Librarian assistant. As you can assume, she enjoys reading and she also enjoys playing board games.
