Qualifications:

• A employee must have a satisfactory work record, with experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required.
• Integrity Senior Care must be able to verify work and personal references and caregiver must complete the agency’s employment process.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass IDPH background check
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior, and understand the need for patient confidentiality.
• Must be able to communicate with client and carry out instructions.
• Must be able to follow direction and accurately report to the Office Team any change in client’s condition.
