Integrity Senior Care's employees are highly-trained, experienced and dedicated to the success of our business.

Brenda Ericson, Owner, Certified Senior Advisor – 

Brenda brings 10 years of entrepreneurship, management, and business experience to the in-home service industry. She believes serving our seniors is a privilege and must be met with kindness and integrity. Brenda is a hands-on owner and works daily to improve and maintain the highest level of quality care in our community. She is a Certified Senior Advisor, a member of HCAOA, and Plainfield Chamber of Commerce member. Brenda enjoys reading and an active lifestyle. 
 

Courtney Newton, Operations Manager –

Courtney is a graduate from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Since graduating, she has worked with a large cooperation in a management training program. This extensive training in customer satisfaction has made her a great addition to our team. She is working towards perfecting client quality as well as caregiver satisfaction. Courtney is also proud to serve as the second generation to Integrity Senior Care. Outside of the office, she enjoys working in the yard and staying busy.

Jennifer Radtke, Lead Caregiver –

Jenn has over 2 years of experience and has a heart for service. Jenn ran her own daycare business for many years and volunteers at Daybreak homeless shelter feeding the residents. She left her daycare position to come to ISC and thoroughly enjoys what she does. She has assisted many families in caring for their loved ones, which has provided her with valuable experience and insight to effectively serve the families of Integrity Senior Care as lead caregiver and office support. Relationships are very important to her. She loves meeting                            new people and spending time with her daughter, son, and husband.

Michelle Vargo, Care Coordinator --

Michelle joined our office team as our Care Coordinator in June 2018, after caring for our clients in the field for 2 years. It was obvious that Michelle had a passion for our senior community since her time of hire. It is Michelle’s goal to ensure that our clients and caregivers are experiencing a great in-home care experience and put their trust in to Integrity Senior Care. When Michelle is not at work, she manages sneak in some quiet time kayaking, hiking, or spending time                      with her daughters.

Daisy Sencial, Client Relations -

Before devoting her work fulltime to Integrity, Daisy worked as a Personal Caregiver with many clients over the years and has a background as an Administrative Assistant. She is very motivated and passionate about improving people's quality of life and she makes sure that every person under her supervision receives the highest level of care and attention. With her business experience and love of caregiving, it makes her a perfect addition to Integrity as the Client Relations Coordinator. In her spare time, she enjoys making memories with her two teenage boys, experimenting in the kitchen cooking new recipes and exploring the great outdoors.

Mary Willis, Billing Specialist

Mary is a graduate of Fox College and Governor State University. She has 20 plus years of Administrative Assistant experience working in downtown Chicago. She enjoys office work, learning new things, and interacting with people. Outside of work, Mary likes to spend time with her family, friends, and pets.
